The condenser level setting is a arbatrary number it is offten not accurate and needs set for your job. I have had the same problem with the same machine. The chiller is back on line and is not in alarm, it looks like the valve preset time worked so far I will be checking temps and pressures and compring them to the opti view readings I just changed that up to 85 seconds and am restarting the machine. I can not find the time setting for the varible orifice, is it the valve preset time on the condenser/refrigerant level control page? this value is at 50 seconds. The oil level appeared ok durring start up I have been looking for a chart that I can plot my dp/fthd to figure out were I am in the required gpm range but had no luck. The sales order screen dp pressure for the eavp was 26 psi, so I am definitly low. I raised the vfd max to 100% and my dp went up to about 17. I took a dp across the evap and came up with 15psi, and found the chill water tripple duty valve on the discharge of the pump fully adjusted out and the vfd for the pump was running ay 93%( the pumps vfd is for soft start only). The chiller started up and had low discharge SH for the first few minutes but went away and has not come back.
